throughout Catawba County, enabling municipalities and community organizations
to program for their respective communities
GUIDELINES:
1.
The
funds should be granted to not-for-profit organizations for quality cultural
programming at festivals, outdoor events, commemorative events, heritage
festivals, etc.
2.
The
funds must be granted for events that take place in Catawba County.
3.
Special
priority should be given to the municipalities that fund Catawba County Council
for the Arts, organizations representing diversity, events that feature artists
of diverse heritage, organizations that target special population groups, and
events that will potentially reach large segments of Catawba County residents.
4.
The
grants should be applied for 90 days prior to the events if possible.
5.
No
organization receiving operating grants from the United Arts Council of Catawba
County shall be eligible to apply.
6.
The
United Arts Council of Catawba County should be recognized in all publicity
and printed materials for the event for which funds are granted.

Overview of project
Intended use of funds
Date of the project
·
Include
a project budget itemizing the intended use of funds.
·
Submit
five copies of both letter and budget and one copy of the supporting
materials.
·
An
evaluation summary will be required.
